Large clam fished in deep waters off the East Coast. A staple in the food industry with its different applications as either minced clams or clam strips. The Sea Clam fishery is subject to a management plan that secures consistency and longevity of supply.

Galilean Seafoods has been serving its customers for over 20 years. We only hand shuck our clams in our newly renovated plant.

There are many packers who steam shuck their clams which in essence cooks the clams and drains them of their natural flavor and texture. We process and sell our clams only in their purest state. Available fresh, fresh frozen blocks or I.Q.F.

Chopped Clams - Our raw, tender, chopped clams are ready for use in clam chowders, sauces, clam fritters or any other clam recipe.		Clam Strips - Our raw,sweet clam strips are ready to bread for a delicious clam strip platter or clam sandwich.

Clam Bites - Our raw, meaty, tenderized clam bites are a perfect "finger food" when breaded and served with a dipping sauce.		Clam Fingers - Our raw, tenderized clam fingers are just right for an appetizer or main course. Clam Fingers can be breaded and fried or sautéed with a home-made sauce.
