Breaded Clams

         BREADED CLAMS:
          Galilean Seafoods is pleased to offer three new value added seafood products for the food service industry. I.Q.F. BREADED CLAM STRIPS, CLAM FINGERS, and CLAM BITES.
          Galilean only hand shucks the highest quality Atlantic surfclams to extract the sweet meat portion of this deep sea clam. We cut and bread the clams so that our breaded products resemble or surpass clams that are breaded to order. Your labor and waste are minimized while consistency, quality and profitability are maximized.

CLAM STRIPS:
Our clam strips aren't just average breaded clam strips. Galilean's raw breaded clam strips are hand shucked and never precooked or prefried. Our clams retain their natural flavor and texture. Excellent as an entree, a clam roll, or an appetizer.

CLAM FINGERS :
          Clam fingers are wider cut clam strips that are hand shucked, sliced, and tenderized. The result is a whole muscle clam item that has the aesthetic appeal of a chicken tender with the same bite and flavor of a clam strip.
          Clam fingers will stand on their own as an appetizer, entree, or addition to a sampler/seafood platter.
          Serve with dipping sauces for a great bar "munchie".

CLAM BITES:
Clam bites are also hand shucked and come from the same muscle that clam strips and clam fingers are cut from. Clam pieces that offer sweet clam flavor that is unique and innovative. They are tenderized and are full of natural flavor.
Like the clam finger, these too will fit well on any appetizer or entree and would be a great hit on any bar menu.
